A66-Sunserra unit on the ARM (section with smaller pools/hot tubs) of the resort. This unit has plenty of space for guests and is very comfortable.

B50- This Sunserra Summer vacation rental comes with a full-size garage for boats/toys/storage during your stay. Also, it's right next door to B51, another unit we have that is now garage accessible.

D37- Another unit with plenty of sleeping space on the D row. More photos to come with this unit as we just acquired it this year.

#115- Cozy Corner- Fully upgraded with lots of amenities in Crescent Bar Condos. This place has a beer fridge/full size fridge/freezer/brand new appliances with washer/dryer and dishwasher. Place is tastefully decorated with really nice comfortable furniture to enjoy the Smart TVs with streaming and 70 Crystal clear HD channels.

#153-Kater's Kabin 2- One of 3 new units this owner has brought to us in Crescent Bar condos. We have had some of these in our portfolio before, but the owner has really ramped them up with a lot of new upgrades/furnishings/technology with more planned for the future in them.

#154- New 2 bedroom that is really modern and upgraded. What more can you ask for?

#155-This one-bedroom unit we had a couple of years back and will eventually be a Jack and Jill unit with #153 as they have a passthrough door. Super fun for 2 close family units with kids to have next to each other. We look forward to what more is in store for these units.

Also, new to the island is the Hangar Pub Restaurant with an amazing menu, happy hour to prepare for dinner, and plenty of dining space. This restaurant was formally known as Friends Riviera, but you won't recognize the place now with all the new owner commitment and changes.
