Hello!

We are Jill & Carl Nicholson, partners in real estate for the past 12 years with an exclusive focus on the Crescent Bar community, as we live just above it on the hill. 

For over 30 years, we spent every summer here having fun in the sun with our children-boating, golfing, waterskiing, and just hangin' out with all of our friends.  Crescent Bar has been the center of countless memories for us with friends & family that will last a lifetime. 

In 2006, we made the decision to sell our home in Sammamish and become full time Quincy residents, and we haven't looked back!  We love the resort pace of life & the genuine connections we have made with both part time & full time residents here.
