  • How do I book my vacation home or condominium?

    It’s easy. Just call us at 509-787-1496 or fill out a “Request for Reservation” on our website. You may do so by clicking on Contact Us in the menu bar to the left of this page. Be sure to fill out your request completely for faster service. Once sent, your agent will contact you shortly after by email or phone and speak with you on your preferences. Please remember that a deposit is required upon booking. Once your home or condominium is reserved, you will receive an informational packet by mail, fax, or email. Just return the first page with your signature showing you read it thoroughly and let the excitement of your coming vacation take hold!



    What do I do when I arrive?

    First of all, enjoy that beautiful scenery! Next step is to head to our onsite office at either Crescent Bar Resort Condominiums or Sunserra Resort Homes. There, you will meet our helpful staff who will give you 2 sets of keys and 2 parking passes then point you in the direction of your personal paradise! At our office, you can get the scoop on upcoming events, area activities, best places to dine, where to shop and more. Just remember, we are here for you. Our goal is to make your vacation relaxing and effortless so that when it’s over, you are ready to face whatever your world throws at you!



    What can I expect from my vacation home or condominium?

    For everyone’s comfort, all rental homes and condominiums are nonsmoking and no pets. Each unit comes furnished with all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use anything and everything available to you. While each unit is individually owned and decorated, there are a number of things we supply with every home or condo. Whether you rent in Sunserra or Crescent Bar, linens will be provided. This includes sheets & blankets as well as wash cloths, hand & bath towels. Linens are not to be taken out of home or condominium so please bring pool towels and beach blankets for your personal use. Each home or condominium has a beautiful view from the patio, balcony, or deck with a barbeque so be sure to take advantage of it! The kitchen is stocked with all the tools necessary for home cooked meals and don’t worry about after dinner; we’ve got you covered for clean up supplies. The kitchen will have a stove, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave for cooking and storing. You will also be given a coffee pot, toaster, and blender so start planning now and get those margaritas ready, be they virgin or diabolical!

    NOTE:   Please remember that condominiums and homes are furnished according to the owners’ tastes. Units will vary with certain amenities such as the number of televisions, DVD players, etc. Also not all condominiums have washer & dryers or dishwashers, so when booking at the Crescent Bar Condos, it is important that you discuss with your agent which amenities are important to your vacation.



    What are the facilities at the resort?

    The Crescent Bar area offers a number of activities for you. The Columbia River is a boater's deam! You will also find that it's a great place to go fishing, hiking, golfing, shopping, dining and more. With 2 golf courses, a driving range, 3 restaurants, 2 clothing boutiques, tennis courts, a park with playground equipment and public beach access, there's no way for anyone to be bored! Of course, each complex has it's own crowd pleasers.

    Within the Crescent Bar Resort Condominiums, you can expect to find a small but friendly gated community. There is a large grassy courtyard perfect for lawn games such as bocce ball. Cool off in the huge swimming pool or relax in the spa and for small children, a baby splash pool provides wonderful entertainment. The barbeque pit is a great way to catch up for your next family reunion or simply enjoy your favorite foods in a family style picnic.

    You can also visit Sunserra Resort and vacation in style! This resort features 5 swimming pools and 4 spas, all at your fingertips. Sports nuts can find themselves playing an exciting game of tennis, an intense game of basketball, or working on their swing at the softball field. If it's simply excercise your after, try out a treadmill in the fitness center. After a full day, your going to work up an appetite and what better way than to enjoy your favorite foods prepared by the Sunfire Grill? Of course you can skip dinner altogether and go straight for the ice cream at the Sunfire Express. Whatever your pleasure, Sunserra is there!



    What are the rules and regulations?

    Crescent Bar is a great place to let loose but like resorts around the world, we do have some rules and regulations that we all abide by. While you are here, you shall have privileges that coincide with being a homeowner. We do expect everyone to treat the home or condominium as you would your own house, with the greatest care and respect. It goes without saying that we also insist that you treat our facilities, pools/spas, and staff with the same regard. The general rule of thumb here is treat everything as you would expect to be treated. Each complex, Crescent Bar Resort Condominiums and Sunserra Resort Homes, have their own sets of rules and regulations, a concise copy of which is available for viewing online. You will also be provided a concise copy when you book and again when you arrive. In our office, a full set of homeowner rules and regulations will be made available to you.  While Select Rentals remains the most accommodating business around, there are a few rules we have to follow if you decide to rent a home or condominium. These rules, if broken, will lead to an immediate eviction from the premises. They are as follows:  

                Must be 21 or Older – When you arrive, the reservation holder will be required to register all who will be staying in the condominium or home. The reservation holder must be 21 years of age to receive the unit keys and parking passes.

                No Unregistered Guests – Only those on the registration form will be allowed to stay in the unit. Overcrowding, etc. is cause for expulsion from the complex.

                No Disturbances – Noxious or offensive behavior within the complex grounds will not be tolerated. For the benefit of all, quiet hours are 11pm to 7:30am and will be strictly enforced by the management staff.

                No Smoking – All units are non-smoking. However, those who wish to smoke may do so outside the unit; far enough away so as not let any smoke inside the home or condo.

                No Pets – No pets are allowed whatsoever within rental units due to damage and health concerns.



    What about parking?

    Free public parking is limited. Therefore, we will supply each reservation holder with 2 parking passes. These passes will only be good for a set period of time and only in designated areas within each complex. Improperly parked vehicles or those without a pass, may be subjected to towing at the vehicle owner's risk and expense. In Sunserra, your passes are billed into the rental and will be good for 2 spaces in front of your unit or very near to it. These spaces are marked with your home number. DO NOT park in spaces that belong to other homes. There are spaces within the complex that are open for all to use but are on a first-come, first-serve basis and are limited (you still must have a general pass to park in these areas). Extra parking passes can be purchased at the Select Rentals office in Sunserra for Select Rentals guests only. In Crescent Bar, Your passes will be good for the parking lot directly behind the complex. These spaces are unmarked and can be used by any guest of the condominiums that have the proper pass. Extra parking passes on Crescent Bar Island can be purchased at Crescent Bar, Inc. across from the Crescent Bar Condominiums.

    NOTE:  Select Rentals, unit owners, and respective homeowner associations are not responsible for any damage, theft, or vandalism that may occur. Any responsibility is that of the vehicles' licensed owner. Please be sure to lock up any items of value!



    What about my boat?

    Oversized vehicles, RV’s, trailers, boats and other watercrafts are not allowed to park within Sunserra or Crescent Bar Resort complexes.  However, each complex does allow 1 hour boat unloading. Some Sunserra homes may be rented with garage space for the purpose of storing your boat, watercraft, or other vehicle. Those homes or condominiums that do not come with garage space must obtain boat storage parking at the marina or in the gated lot located behind the Crescent Bar Condominium parking lot. This storage is provided by Crescent Bar Resort, Inc. Their fees are subject to change but generally run $25/night or $125/week. If you are staying longer than that or come over frequently, check out their seasonal storage rates! They also have paid parking if you desire a more central location to park your car or truck overnight. This runs about $15/night. You may acquire boat storage or paid parking by contacting Barbara Hoersch at Crescent Bar Resort, Inc. Her office is located across the street from the Crescent Bar Condominiums and you may reach her by calling 509-787-1511 extension 21.
