Crescent Bar Homeowners Assocation Condominium Parking
Each condominium unit is provided with two parking passes. Boat trailers aren't allowed in the parking lot, but there is a lock-up storage behind the complex which is available for $20 daily or $125 weekly rental.

What are the condominium rules?
Crescent Bar Homeowners Association Condominiums:

Guests - Only those who are registered are allowed to stay in the condo.

Pets - No pets are allowed.

Linen - You will be provided with sheets and towels. Please use your own towels for the pool area. Launder and fold towels and linen before your check out. Some units have their own washers and dryers.

Cleanup - All units are stocked with cleaning supplies. Renters are expected to clean the unit before their departure. If you wish, Select Rentals has a staff available to clean your condo for a fee.
When you book a condo, you will receive a packet with all the information regarding check-in/check-out times and directions to our area.

What are the facilities at the resort?
Crescent Bar Homeowners Assocation Condominiums
boasts the second largest swimming pool in the state of Washington (remodeled in 2006). There is a baby pool and a heated spa next to the big pool. You may relax at the cobblestone patio next to the pool with picnic tables and sun umbrellas. In the evening, you may enjoy the family barbeque area at the north end of the big pool where big groups get together and enjoy great food. For your convenience, there is a laundry room next to the Select Rentals office.
Parking for vehicles is behind the condominiums. There is also space for boat trailer storage available behind the condominiums for $20 daily or $125 weekly, which can be purchased at the Crescent Bar Resort Administration office or by calling 509-787-1511.
