What are the condominium rules?
Crescent Bar Homeowners Association Condominiums:
- Guests - Only those who are registered are
allowed to stay in the condo.
- Pets - No pets are allowed.
- Linen - You will be provided with sheets and
towels. Please use your own towels for the pool area. Launder and
fold towels and linen before your check out. Some units have their
own washers and dryers.
- Cleanup - All units are stocked with cleaning
supplies. Renters are expected to clean the unit before their
departure. If you wish, Select Rentals has a staff available to
clean your condo for a fee.
When you book a condo You will receive a packet with all the
information regarding check-in/check-out times and who to make
your payment checks to.

What about parking?

Each condominium unit is provided with two parking passes. Boat
trailers aren't allowed in the parking lot, but there is a lock-up
storage behind the complex which is available for $20 daily or $125
weekly rental.

What are the facilities at the resorts?
Crescent Bar Homeowners Assocation Condominiums
boasts the second largest swimming pool in the state of Washington
(remodeled in 2006). There is a baby pool and a heated spa next to
the big pool. Relax at the cobblestone patio next to the baby pool
with picnic tables and sun umbrellas. In the evening, enjoy the family
barbeque area at the north end of the big pool. For your convenience,
there is a coin-operated laundry next to the Select Rentals office.
Parking for vehicles is behind the condominiums. There is also space
for boat trailer storage available behind the condominiums for $20
daily or $125 weekly, as well as a boat launch.
